Stephan has a long career in Australia’s handful 3 hatted restaurants in Melbourne, Sydney and Perth since 2007. He worked previously as a waiter, Head Waiter, Restaurant Supervisor, Front of House Expert, Restaurant Manager, Sommelier and Wine Director around iconic Australian Restaurant such as Rockpool Bar& Grill (Perth), Vue de Monde (Melbourne), Jacques Reymond (Melbourne) and Marque Restaurant (Sydney). Most recently he worked as Restaurant Manager and Wine Director in Orange’s most acclaimed hatted restaurant, Lolli Redini (Orange).

Eric

Certified Master Court Sommelier, Eric, an Australian citizen, has over 20 years of experience in the Food and Wine Industry in Europe and Australia. He successfully graduated from the Court of Master Sommelier in England which is the ultimate professional credentials that anyone can attain worldwide. He worked closely with Stephan Orange at Marque Restaurant in Sydney in 2013 where they got awarded ‘Australian Restaurant of the year 2012’ and also for the first time made it through the top 50 Best Restaurant in the World on the San Pellegrino Awards.

Victoria

A hospitality and wine industry professional whose skills have developed over 10 years in Scandinavia, United Kingdom and Australia.
Completing and passing with distinction her studies at Gustibus Wine and Spirit Academy, she also achieved 2nd place in “Sud de France” Sommelier Competition held in London.

Victoria  has immersed herself in the Old and New World of wine, and has achieved the formal title of Operation Manager and Head sommelier of Berowra Waters Inn  a wealth of knowledge, an unwavering eye for detail and an enviable palate.

Elliot

Certified Sommelier and an Advanced Sake Professional, Elliot is a Senior Whisky Advisor to Zachys Wine Auctions, a Contributing Editor to James Suckling .In October 2016, Elliot received the award of Sake Samurai from the Japan Sake Brewers Association Junior Council, an honor that few people have received since its inception in 2005.

Fabrice

Fabrice  more than 10 years of strong experience in the Australian Hospitality Scene acting as a  assistant Restaurant Manager and Sommelier  at the iconic Ludlow Bar and Dining ,southbank in Melbourne.His experience varies from Head Barrista and bartender at some iconic venue such as blue Diamond bar in Melbourne.
