For optimum wine preservation, all our products are shipped in refrigerated containers.

1. “Barolo Ltd” has also exclusive distribution contracts with each of the wine makers and/or wine suppliers it represents in Mauritius.
2. Any attempt by any party or by any person or entity to approach directly or indirectly winemakers / suppliers in Australia , New Zealand, Tasmania, Japan and South Korea without the express permission or authorization of “Barolo Ltd” shall become liable to damages and shall entitle “Barolo Ltd”to take any remedial and/or protective legal or other actions appropriate in the circumstances whether in contract or in tort.

This contract shall be governed and construed accordingly to Mauritian Law and Mauritian Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute, difference, action, demand or claim. The parties to the contract irrevocably submit themselves to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Mauritian Courts.
